Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward emails from one email box account to another, create email filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your email boxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply select the e-mailbox account you want to redirect messages from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
